- Most orders will ship within a few business days. Larger orders as well as custom Stuff may require additional production time.

- During checkout select a shipping method other than FedEx Ground. This will prompt us to expedite your order, if possible. CONTACT US if you have any questions or concerns.
- WHAT IF I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH MY STUFF?

We are proud of the quality and craftsmanship of Scott Stuff. If you are not completely satisfied with any Stuff you receive you can return it within thirty days for replacement or refund provided the product you are returning is new, unused, and in its original packaging and your return is clearly marked with a return authorization number.
For a return authorization number, CONTACT US and provide us with your order number, a description of the products you wish to return and the reason for your return.Products that are defective or incorrectly furnished will be returned freight collect for replacement or refund.
Products that you incorrectly ordered or you no longer desire must be returned freight prepaid for refund or replacement.
Products that have been used, laundered or damaged as a result of negligence or abuse can not be returned.Products customized with your logo can not be returned.
