• HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY STUFF TO BE PRODUCED?

Most orders will ship within a few business days. Larger orders as well as custom Stuff may require additional production time.

• CAN I ORDER SCOTT STUFF IMPRINTED WITH MY LOGO, TOO?

Yes, custom orders are our specialty! Please contact us at service@scott-stuff.com and provide us with details for a quote on customizing Scott Stuff products or any other promotional business gift with your logo or message.

• WHAT IF I NEED MY STUFF IN A HURRY?

During checkout mention your need for rush production and delivery in the COMMENTS box and be certain to select a faster shipping method.

If you placed your order previously, please contact us at service@scott-stuff.com to expedite the production and delivery of your pending order.

• WHAT IF I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH MY STUFF?

We are proud of the quality and craftsmanship of Scott Stuff and if you are not completely satisfied with any Stuff you receive you can return it within thirty days for replacement or refund provided the product you are returning is new, unused and in its original packaging and your return is clearly marked with a return authorization number.

For a return authorization number, please contact us at service@scott-stuff.com and provide us with your order confirmation number, a description of the products you wish to return and the reason for your return.

Products that are defective or incorrectly furnished will be returned freight collect for replacement or refund.

Products that you incorrectly ordered or you no longer desire must be returned in new condition, in their original packaging via prepaid and insured freight for refund or replacement.

Products that have been used, laundered or damaged as a result of negligence or abuse cannot be returned.

Custom products and apparel cannot be returned.
